Your results

Quite a few top 8 finishes in medium-sized tournaments, including three top 8 finishes in the Regional Championship.

No notable victories, but that's not my role on this team!

Your Role on This Team

I'm a sort of "coach." Not that I want to teach the team how to play, I don't have that pretension, but I'm here to support them. A hard worker myself, I'll be there to analyze data, lead some group testing sessions, or consolidate the results of individual testing sessions in order to provide the team with the best guidance to achieve its performance goals.

What is your relationship with Magic?

A competitor at heart since forever, and a Magic: The Gathering fan since getting my first card in elementary school, Magic has allowed me to grow as a person over the years, through travels and encounters, to fully blossom as an individual, and to channel that competitive side that was so prevalent in my everyday life. This incredible game continues to allow me to evolve and become a better version of myself every day, both intellectually and in my social interactions.

I make it a point of honor to give my all to promote fair play, respect for others, and to make the Gathering aspect of the game as enjoyable and attractive as possible for everyone. What could be better than a beautiful day practicing our passion together in a joyful and friendly atmosphere? Finally, I am a huge believer in value, which tends to be quite evident when tournaments go well!

Your relationship with Magic

I quickly made a name for myself on the competitive scene, notably with my first major performance at the 2018 Zap Master. A thoughtful and consistent player, I'm particularly fond of the card Obscure Confidant, a symbol of my strong preference for long and highly interactive games. My preferred archetype remains Death & Taxes, but I'm also a deckbuilder who greatly appreciates innovation and has contributed to popularizing or reviving decks like Flamewar, Grixis Tempo with Marchesa, and Kellan, The Fae Blooded.

Beyond the competitive aspect, I play Magic primarily for the depth of the game, but above all for the people I've met over the years. For me, the community and the bonds created around this passion are what make Magic truly unique. I believe I am a well-rounded, passionate player, and hope to be a valuable gaming companion.

What's your relationship with Magic?

I love playing Magic: It's an incredibly complete and complex game! It has everything I love about the game: creation, calculation, strategic planning, mental work, psychology, adaptability… All of this is supported by a captivating universe, the beauty of the cards, the high-stakes competition, and above all, the essentials: gahering, those great moments shared with friends and within the excellent Duel Commander community.

I particularly enjoy creating and optimizing decks, as well as the feeling of happiness and pride associated with a great performance with your own creations.

I'm a retired multi-format competitive Magic player who finds his happiness in Duel Commander: the most fun format to play and a deckbuilder's paradise.
